Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering an account or accessing PayablesAgent, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the service.

2. What We Provide

PayablesAgent applies AI to extract data from invoices, receipts, and similar financial documents. You submit files; we return structured data that you can export and use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your Account

An account is required to access the service. Safeguard your login credentials, you bear responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account. Do not share your account or permit others to use your login information.

4. Your Files

You retain ownership of any documents you upload. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your files for extraction purposes and to store results within your account. You confirm that you have the right to upload any documents you submit and that doing so does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use PayablesAgent to:

• Process documents you are not authorized to use
• Upload illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to compromise, overload, or exploit the platform
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Resell access without our prior written consent

Accounts found to be in violation of these rules may be suspended or terminated.

6. Billing

Paid plans are charged in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Pricing may be adjusted with 30 days' notice. If a payment is unsuccessful, we may restrict access until the issue is resolved. Payments are final; the three cases in which we return a charge are described in the Refund Policy.

Renewals and failed payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. When a new billing period begins, access for that whole period is granted and the payment for it is due. If the charge does not go through, the payment remains due and we retry it. Cancelling after a new period has begun only switches off later renewals; it does not cancel the payment for the period that has already started. Such a renewal charge is not refundable, and your access continues until the end of that paid period. The fee is for access to the service for the period, not for using it, so not having used the service is not a ground for a refund.

7. Accuracy

AI-based extraction is not perfect. We work diligently to deliver accurate results, but you should review extracted data before relying on it for critical decisions. We are not liable for errors in extracted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayablesAgent and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. No Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims or losses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling ends the paid plan, and your extractions and uploaded documents stay in your account so you can return to them. We remove them only if you ask us to, by ticking the deletion option in the cancellation step or by contacting support, and then we do it 30 days after your paid period ends. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for other reasons with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

13. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will provide advance notice by email or through an in-app notification.
