Parseur pricing starts at $49 a month for 100 pages (Micro), then $89 for 300 pages, $129 for 1,000 pages, $269 for 3,000 pages and $499 for 10,000 pages, with larger tiers up to $8,499 a month for 250,000 pages. Paying yearly cuts roughly 20 to 25 percent, so Micro works out to $39 a month and the 10,000 page Pro plan to $399. One page is one credit, and every page of a PDF counts.

Those figures come from Parseur's own pricing page, checked on September 26, 2026. Below are the full plan table, what a page actually means for invoices, where the user and retention limits sit, and what an accounts payable team processing 1,000, 3,000, 10,000 or 35,000 invoice pages a month would pay compared with an invoice-specific tool.

Parseur also lists 60k, 75k, 125k, 150k and 200k tiers, and an Enterprise tier by quote for up to 10 million pages. Prices exclude sales tax and VAT where it applies.

How much does Parseur cost per page?

Parseur costs between 49 cents and about 3 cents per page, depending on the plan. Micro at $49 for 100 pages is 49 cents a page; Starter at $129 for 1,000 pages is about 13 cents; Pro at $499 for 10,000 pages is 5 cents; the 100k tier at $3,699 is under 4 cents. Paying yearly lowers each of those by roughly a fifth.

The catch for invoice work is that the price is per page, not per document. A three-page supplier invoice uses three credits. If your vendors send long multi-page bills (distributors, freight, utilities with usage detail) your page count can run 1.5 to 2 times your invoice count, so size the plan on pages, not invoices.

What counts as a page in Parseur?

One credit equals one page processed. For a PDF, every page in the file counts. Emails and spreadsheets count as a single page no matter how long they are. That rule is generous if your invoices arrive as data in the body of an email, and neutral if they arrive as PDF attachments, which is how most US suppliers send them.

Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period, so a quiet month does not bank pages for a busy one. At 90 percent of your monthly pages, Parseur emails you. At 100 percent, new documents stop being processed and are marked Quota exceeded until you upgrade, turn on early auto-renewal, buy top-up credits or wait for renewal; you can then reprocess them. For AP that is the detail to plan around: invoices that land after the cap sit unprocessed during close unless someone is watching usage.

Users, retention and features by tier

The page count is not the only thing that changes between plans. Parseur groups its plans into tiers, and the tier decides how many people can log in.

FreeBase (up to 3,000 pages)Scale (10,000 pages and up)Enterprise

Document retention90 days1 yearUnlimitedUnlimited
Advanced post processingNoNoYesYes
SupportAI and self-serveAdds chat and emailAdds priority supportPriority
Security audit and compliance reportsNoNoYesYes
Pay by purchase order or wireNoNoNoYes

Every tier includes the AI and template parsing engines, unlimited mailboxes and fields, and the same exports and integrations: Excel, CSV, JSON, Google Sheets, Zapier, Power Automate, Make, webhooks and the API.

The line that catches finance teams is users. Micro through Premium are single-user plans. If an AP clerk and a controller both need to log in, you are on the Pro plan at $499 a month even if you only process 1,500 pages.

Is Parseur worth it for invoice processing?

Parseur is worth it when you parse many kinds of documents and emails, not only invoices, and want them flowing into other apps through Zapier, Make or webhooks. It is harder to justify for a US AP team that only processes supplier invoices, because an invoice-specific tool charges less per page at most volumes and includes more than one seat. Our Parseur alternative for AP teams page lays that comparison out at 1,000 to 35,000 pages.

Here is what the same monthly volume costs on each, using list prices on monthly billing.

35,00040k, $1,599Up to 100Pro 35K, $499Up to 5

On yearly billing both sides get cheaper. PayablesAgent's yearly plans halve the monthly figure (Starter $24 a month, Plus $74, Pro 35K $249), while Parseur's yearly discount is closer to a fifth. You can check our current plans on the pricing page.

Two things this table does not capture. Parseur's Scale tier allows up to 100 users, so a large shared inbox team is better served there than on a five-seat plan. And PayablesAgent exports bills straight to QuickBooks Online from the Plus plan, which Parseur does through Zapier or Make rather than a native export.

When Parseur is the better choice

Be honest about what you are buying. Parseur is the better fit in these cases:

  • Your data is in email bodies. Order confirmations, lead notifications and booking emails count as one page each, however long they are. That is cheap parsing that invoice tools are not built for.
  • You parse many document types. Unlimited mailboxes and custom fields let one account handle invoices, purchase orders, shipping notices and forms side by side.
  • Your workflow lives in automation tools. Zapier, Make, Power Automate and webhooks on every tier make Parseur a good router for data going into CRMs and spreadsheets.
  • You need a big team on one account. Up to 100 users on the Scale tier beats any per-seat plan once headcount is large.

When an invoice-specific tool costs less

If the job is supplier invoices and bills going into an accounting system, a tool built for that job usually wins on price and setup time. PayablesAgent reads the vendor, invoice number, invoice and due dates, subtotal, tax, total and every line item without you defining fields, and returns them as Excel or CSV, or as bills in QuickBooks Online on the Plus plan. For long material and parts invoices, see how invoice line item extraction handles the row-level detail.

It fits best for three kinds of buyers. A small AP team on QuickBooks Online with two or three people touching bills gets seats that Parseur only offers at $499. A bookkeeping practice processing a few thousand client invoice pages a month pays $149 instead of $269 with room to grow. And a team that wants a spreadsheet review step before import can scan invoices to Excel and check the rows before anything posts.

If a large share of your volume is store receipts from employees rather than supplier invoices, a dedicated receipt scanning to Excel tool is a closer match for that part of the pile.

Docparser, the other parser buyers usually compare, prices differently: credits of up to five pages per document, from $39 a month for 100 credits. For a wider view of the market, our roundup of the best OCR software for invoice processing prices nine tools from their own pricing pages.

How to pick a Parseur plan without overpaying

  1. Count pages, not invoices. Export last month's AP inbox and add up PDF pages. Multi-page vendors move you up a tier faster than you expect.
  2. Count people. If more than one person needs access, you are on the Scale tier from day one, whatever your volume.
  3. Add month-end headroom. Processing stops at 100 percent of credits. Pick the tier that covers your busiest month, or plan to buy top-ups.
  4. Price the yearly option. It saves roughly a fifth, but you commit to the page level for twelve months.
  5. Test on your own worst invoices. Run the same ten ugly invoices through Parseur's free 20 pages and through the upload tool at the top of this page, then compare line items against the paper.

Parseur pricing FAQ

Does Parseur have a free plan?

Yes. Parseur's free tier includes 20 pages a month for one user, with 90 days of document retention and AI and self-serve support. It is enough to test a few invoices, not to run an AP inbox; a single week of supplier bills for a small business usually exceeds it.

What happens if I go over my Parseur page limit?

Parseur emails you at 90 percent of your monthly pages. At 100 percent, new documents stop processing and are marked Quota exceeded. You can upgrade, turn on early auto-renewal, buy top-up credits valid until the end of the billing period, or wait for renewal, then reprocess the held documents.

Is Parseur cheaper on annual billing?

Yes. Parseur advertises savings of up to 25 percent on yearly plans. In practice Micro drops from $49 to $39 a month, Starter from $129 to $99 and Pro from $499 to $399 when paid yearly.

How many users does Parseur include?

Free and Base plans, which cover up to 3,000 pages a month, include one user. Scale plans from 10,000 pages include up to 100 users, and Enterprise includes unlimited users. There is no per-seat add-on on the smaller plans.

What is a cheaper alternative to Parseur for invoices?

For supplier invoices specifically, PayablesAgent starts at $49 a month for 2,500 Base AI pages, and Plus at $149 covers 10,000 Base AI pages with up to three seats and QuickBooks Online export. It is built only for invoices, receipts and bills, so it is not a replacement for Parseur's email parsing. If you are also weighing template parsers, our Docparser pricing breakdown works out the cost per invoice the same way.
