For finance teams holding a Procurify proposal

Procurify Alternative and Procurify Pricing for AP Invoice Capture

Procurify is quoted, and the AP product sits on top of a Purchasing base you have to buy first. If your POs and approvals already run in QuickBooks, NetSuite or Sage Intacct, the part you are missing is usually the invoice reading. PayablesAgent does that for $49 to $499 a month, billed monthly.

Procurify facts come from procurify.com. Competitor prices are from each vendor's own pricing page or listing.

The short answer

Procurify is a procure-to-pay platform with no public price list. You start on Purchasing (requests, approvals, budgets, POs), add AP or Expense and Card if you want them, and pay according to how many Pro users you assign. The closest Procurify alternative with published prices is Precoro at $499 a month.

If what you really need is vendor invoices turned into data for the ledger you already use, a capture plan does that job alone. PayablesAgent reads header fields and every line item from PDFs and scans for $49, $149 or $499 a month.

How Procurify pricing works in 2026

Procurify's pricing page has no dollar figures. It says the quote is built around "products, add-ons, users, and integrations", and that pricing "follows how you adopt the platform": you expand into more products as you add workflows.

Users come in two kinds. Basic users are unlimited, so requesters across the company cost nothing extra. Pro users, the people with buyer, approver or admin permissions, are what the price is counted on.

You will find monthly and per-user figures on directory and review sites. None of them come from Procurify, so we do not repeat them here. Get your own number in writing and split it by product.

Five lines to ask for in a Procurify quote

  1. 1The Purchasing base price and the AP product price as two separate lines.
  2. 2The price per extra Pro user, and who on your team really needs Pro permissions.
  3. 3Per-payment fees for ACH, wire and check if you plan to pay vendors from Procurify.
  4. 4Implementation and the NetSuite, Sage Intacct or QuickBooks connector as their own lines.
  5. 5Contract term, the renewal uplift cap and the notice period for cancelling.

Put the AP line next to a $149 or $499 monthly capture plan. The difference is what you pay for POs, budgets and payments inside Procurify.

What Procurify AP includes

Procurify is a real procure-to-pay system, built around spend that starts as a purchase request. That is its strength, and the reason it is priced as a platform.

Requests and POs

Purchase requests with approval chains and budgets, turned into POs, with punchout catalogs from Amazon Business and Staples.

Bills and matching

Vendor invoices are captured and matched against the PO and receipt, then routed for approval.

Vendor payments

Pay vendors from Procurify by ACH, wire or check in the US, and internationally, with spending cards in the Expense and Card product.

ERP sync

QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365, set up with an onboarding specialist.

Only the invoice reading, at a published price

Plenty of teams looking at Procurify already raise POs in NetSuite or QuickBooks and pay by ACH from the bank. What eats their week is keying vendor, invoice number, dates, terms, tax and every line from a PDF into the ledger.

PayablesAgent reads those fields from PDFs, scans and phone photos. Excel and CSV come with every plan, QuickBooks Online export with Plus, and the API with Pro for NetSuite or Sage Intacct imports, where your existing PO match runs.

When Procurify is the better buy

A capture tool reads documents. It does not control spend before it happens. If one of these is your real problem, keep Procurify on the shortlist.

Spend is approved too late

If invoices show up for purchases nobody approved, you need requests and budgets upstream. That is Procurify's home ground.

Many requesters, few buyers

Unlimited Basic users let a whole company submit requests while you pay only for the people with Pro permissions.

No PO process in your ERP

QuickBooks Online has light purchase orders. If you need receiving, 3-way matching and budgets around it, a procurement tool fills that gap.

Procurify alternatives grouped by the job

Pick the job first. A procurement suite, an AP platform and a capture tool solve different problems at very different prices.

How to test a Procurify alternative before you sign

1

Pull a month of bills

Include the bad scans and the long multi-page invoices, not just the clean ones.

2

Run them through capture

Check vendor, totals, tax and line items against the paper.

3

Import and match in the ERP

Load the export into QuickBooks Online, or the CSV or API output into NetSuite, and run your usual PO match.

4

Compare against the quote

If the month went through, the Procurify AP line is what you would pay for everything else.

Questions buyers ask about Procurify

How much does Procurify cost?

Procurify does not publish prices. Every customer starts on the Purchasing product, then adds AP, Expense and Card, Guided Intake or Contracts. The quote is built from those products plus the number of Pro users and your integrations. Basic users are unlimited and do not change the price.

What is the best alternative to Procurify?

Precoro is the closest like-for-like alternative and publishes prices: Core at $499 a month and Automation at $999 a month, billed annually. Coupa suits large enterprises. If you only need vendor invoices read into QuickBooks or your ERP, PayablesAgent costs $49 to $499 a month.

Does Procurify have accounts payable?

Yes. Procurify AP is a separate product on top of Purchasing. It captures and matches vendor invoices, routes them for approval and pays US vendors by ACH, wire or check, with sync to QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Does Procurify integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes. Procurify lists QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365 as accounting integrations, plus punchout catalogs from Amazon Business and Staples. Integrations are one of the inputs to the quote, so ask for the connector price as its own line.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Procurify for invoice processing?

Yes, if purchase orders and approvals already live in your ERP and you pay vendors from the bank. PayablesAgent reads vendor invoices to the line item for $49 a month (2,500 pages), $149 a month (10,000 pages, 3 seats, QuickBooks Online export) or $499 a month with the API, billed monthly.
